Basquiat , cela fait une quinzaine d'années que je suis fou de son art ! dont je me ressource régulièrement en énergie , celle de la jeunesse ! , pauvre en apparence ,mais riche d'une vie intérieure qui s'ouvre sur la liberté ! . libre comme le free jazz et la musique improviser ( écouter : sun ra , erikm , otomo yoshihide , vladislav delay ... ) . mais Basquiat c'est aussi une souffrance qui lui est propre et une inadaptation aux code de la vie moderne , toutes ses choses pas naturelles que nous subissons volontairement ou pas , consciemment ou pas . Basquiat je l'aime et il me manque ... il me manquera toujours ! comme un frère perdu . comme un amour que l'on voudrai garder vivant . comme la jeunesse qui disparais chaque jour un peu plus dans la souffrance de se monde morbide et autodestructeur , peu être malgré lui ? .pour moi la peinture de Basquiat , c'est d'abord l'assemblage et le télescopage des couleurs d'une manière totalement urbaine et presque avant garde , comme de l'art brut dans une version proto " Glitch " , proto " Bug " . le roi du primitif urbain , quelque chose de vrai , a l'énergie essentiel . quelque chose de pas confortable , esthétiquement anti bourgeois , anti snob . sans compromit , direct , vivant , brûlant . une respiration bagarreuse , qui lutte pour ne pas se faire manger par la société moderne . possédé une peinture de Basquiat est un crime ! car cette art là , ne peu être que partagé , offert au passage . l'art de Basquiat ne sera jamais plus beau que dans la rue , ou dans un bâtiment en ruine ! . car sa place est là , parmi le peuple et parmi les déchets du monde moderne ( peu être pour les dénoncer et les améliores a la fois ) .
